The Chicago Triathlon has been concurred and we both had PRs today! All of the weeks, days, and sweat and tears that went into preparing for the event have finally paid off. Stay tuned for more updates on the event, post race training plans, and the selection process for 2009 events. Gotta have something to look forward to.... right?
