Ok, it is time to start our engines and hit the water, dust off the bikes, and get those running shoes laced. The best thing we can do for training will be to come up with common schedule or similar goals in which we can report back to the group on a weekly basis. This will help each of us stay on track and strive for a common goal.

Right on. I've planned the training schedule that I will work from, unless I hear from you all that there are some serious issues with my ambition. Remember, the running miles are excessive for triathlon training and scant for marathon training...I'm attempting both simultaneously. Injury should be avoided at all costs. I've been working for about 10 weeks on swimming, biking and running to get myself to this start point. I'm anxious to hear what you all think.
My training schedule is available on a Google calendar, but I think I need your email addresses to share it with you. Send me your email addresses, or tell me how to otherwise share it, if you're interested.
Mondays are always a day off, so tomorrow I'll be fattening up with burgers and brats on the grill, and watching a local criterium bike race on the streets of Rock Island....B

Sweet, I like your Calender a lot. I have made mine now too. Do you have access to it or do you need me to send you something? I am all set for Training now.
Training Calenders are up for me and Brian on Google Calender. If any of you guys want access to see how we are doing and compare workouts, just email us.
My work out schedule is pretty much following Hal Higdon's Marathon Training with Triathlon Drills spread out on the weekends and Saturday is going to be my cross training day.
